1. Introduction

Welcome to Flavaromas (“we”, “our”, or “us”), Bahrain’s AI Food Media Internet Platform and integrated with Google Web Stories. By accessing or using our platform, services, or content, you (“you”, “user”, “client”, or “business”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Flavaromas offers AI-powered digital media and promotional services to food and hospitality-related clients, including but not limited to:

Restaurants (postings, promotions, coupons, advertising, and page creation)
Food & Beverage Brands (product reviews, posts, ads, page creation, promotions)
Hotels (event promotions, advertising, posting, and content creation)
Grocery & Hypermarkets (offers, digital flyers, product stories, and web ads)
Chefs (personal branding, recipe publication, and video content)
Stories (short culinary stories and Google Web Stories)
Recipes & Ingredients (educational and promotional content)
Events (content coverage and campaign promotion)

We utilize AI tools, visual media, and Google Web Stories integration to create, host, and distribute content.

3. User Eligibility

To use our platform or services:

You must be at least 18 years old.
If you are a business, you must be legally registered in Bahrain.
You agree to provide accurate business or personal information for any profiles, pages, or promotions created.

4. Content Policy

Client Responsibility:

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and promotional content you provide (e.g., menus, pricing, offers, logos, product descriptions).
Content submitted must not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or legal rights of third parties.

Flavaromas Rights:

We reserve the right to edit, format, or reject content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.
We may republish content on associated platforms, including Google Web Stories, social media, and our website.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Flavaromas (including but not limited to Web Stories, AI-generated content, video, copy, and design) remains the intellectual property of Flavaromas unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such content for promotional purposes only. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment Terms

All services are subject to pricing agreements defined by plan (e.g., Basic, Silver, Gold, or Custom).
Invoices are issued prior to project initiation or on a monthly billing cycle.
Payments must be made in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) or US Dollar (USD) via approved methods.
Late payments may result in service suspension or content removal.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 business days in advance.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days based on the unfulfilled portion of the service.
No refunds are issued for completed digital content or ad campaigns.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flavaromas shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of business or data due to delays or disruptions.
Content performance (e.g., impressions, click-throughs) unless part of a guaranteed deliverable.

We are not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., Google Web Stories indexing rules or social media algorithm updates).

9. Privacy and Data Use

Flavaromas adheres to Bahrain’s data protection regulations.
We collect, store, and use client and customer data only for operational and marketing purposes, with user consent.
Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.

10. Termination

Flavaromas reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for:

Violation of these Terms
Abuse, fraud, or unlawful activities
Non-payment or breach of contract

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall be revoked and any unpaid dues will remain payable.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be resolved through Bahraini courts or arbitration bodies as agreed upon.
